President Tom Leahy met Nick Starkey, Director of Policy and International Partnerships and Natasha McCarthy, Associate Director Policy in London at the Royal Academy of Engineering HQ to discuss a programme of events to deliver on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the RAE and IAE.
We discussed possible directions for linking up the National Engineering Policy Centre (NEPC) and the Irish Academy’s policy work within the MoU and multiple avenues where we could share work and work closer together. It was an opportunity to talk about linking up the Irish Academy’s networks with the RAE Policy Fellowship programme.
