IAE Report – Ireland’s 2030 Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The EU Council agreed in October 2014 to a 2030 Climate and Energy Policy framework with a binding target. This report presents the Academy assessment of technical feasibility and cost of meeting these 2030 commitments.
