The President, Prof Jim Browne and the Chief Executive, Dr Gabriel Dennison, attended the annual conference of world engineering academy body, CAETS, in late June 2019. The event was held in Stockholm to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering (IVA) and the theme of “Engineering a Better World – the next 100 years” reflected this link. The current chair of CAETS is the President of IVA, Prof. Tuula Teeri.
